APPROVAL OF SECURITY GUARD INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
Description
This is an agreement between The School Board of Sarasota and Kyle Pfender Sarasota County Sheriff's Deputy, to perform resident security guard services at Pine View.
Recommendation
That the Board approve the Security Guard Independent Contractor Agreement with Kyle Pfender as presented. Additionally, the Board delegates the authority to the Superintendent of Schools to enter into agreements with Security Guards on the same or substantially similar terms in the future.
